• Medical background, knowledge, and/or experience
• Ability to handle common receptionist duties, including schedules, phone etiquette, paperwork, record keeping, as well as multiple other duties
• Able to travel when necessary
• Able to sit, stand, and perform minimal lifting
• Ability to handle large phone volume and continuous patient interaction
